Kinderland Rinn

The Kinderland Rinn offers a wide range of activities for all children who want to try their hand at skiing for the first time. Several magic carpets and a platter lift ensure an easy and hassle-free start on the slopes. Kinderland Rinn is the venue for many different children’s ski courses, but can also be used without booking a ski course. This means, for example, that you can venture onto the slopes the day before your booked ski course begins and have a go at skiing on your own.

How to get there:
Kinderland Rinn is situated at the western entrance to the village of Rinn. You can reach us easily by car from Innsbruck or Hall in 15 minutes. Free parking is available on site, situated directly between the main road and the valley station. This means you can easily reach the entry area even with younger children.

Tips and tricks for skiing with the family

Safety comes first, so it’s important to have the right kit: Don’t forget your helmet, ski goggles and back protector!
When taking part in sporting activities at high altitudes, the body uses up a lot of energy, so please always make sure you drink enough and don’t forget to eat!
For a change from skiing, there’s the 3.5-kilometre-long toboggan run right in the Glungezer ski area. Toboggans can be hired directly at the middle station.
The sun shines particularly strongly on the snow and in the mountains, so be sure to bring sun protection for your skin!
If you’d rather not carry all your ski equipment from your accommodation to the ski resort whilst on holiday, you can store it in our ski storage facility right by the valley station.
You can travel to the Glungezer ski resort in your own car – as the car parks at the valley station are free – or by bus, which stops right next to the ticket office and is free for skiers.
