Walks. By public transport
A stress-free walking holiday begins when you leave the car at home. Those who travel by public transport actively contribute to preserving Tyrol’s stunning natural landscape, whilst also enjoying wonderful flexibility.
Here, we’d like to introduce you to our beautiful hikes that make use of public transport. What does that mean?
1. Take the regional buses (free with the guest card) to the starting point of your hike.
2. Hike through our beautiful region to another destination or back to the starting point.
3. From there, take public transport back to your accommodation in complete comfort.
Walks to places of spiritual significance in the Hall-Wattens region
Places of power are special places: spiritual sites, cultural monuments and remarkable natural landscapes in the mountains and valleys. At these places of power, you can pause, linger and recharge your batteries. They inspire and tell stories – of the past and the present, of the transient and the eternal.
The 14 sites in the Hall-Wattens holiday region are carefully selected places of power. Every year, one or two new sites are added, gently expanding the list of these special places. Almost all of them are easily accessible on foot. Some of the places are hidden and unexpected; some are obvious, whilst others are genuine insider tips. But they all have one thing in common: they all offer a tangible contrast to everyday life.
Here, you can reflect, take a deep breath and find peace.
And, above all, you can travel there stress-free by public transport.
