Information

Young farmer Johanna Strasser from Absam shows us how bread was baked centuries ago: Freshly ground grain is baked into fragrant farmhouse bread together with natural yeast and rich spices. The still-warm farmhouse bread tastes fantastic!

With real butter and a refreshing drink, life is good.

As is well known, love goes

Every Tuesday at 8:00 AM, guests of the Hall-Wattens region can participate in a yoga class as part of the summer weekly program.

Free to breathe, let body, mind, and soul become one. This is what our morning yoga class offers – a combination of movement, meditation, and breathing, body postures, and flow sequences. Special asanas promote the strengthening and stretching of our muscles and provide more flexibility and balance. Let's experience the calm and silence within us together and live in the moment!

The active hour requires no prior knowledge and is also suitable for beginners. Indoor in wet weather!
