Die Smokerei

Our concept revolves around the burger. Homemade, gently smoked with wood and then seared burgers patties. Freshly baked buns, top-quality meat, fresh ingredients, and a carefully curated selection of our own homemade sauces embody our vision of the perfect burger. The centerpiece of our establishment is therefore a combination of a beech wood oven and smoker. Alongside our burgers, we serve a diverse range of side dishes such as coleslaw, grilled corn on the cob, vegetables, fresh salads, and of course, potatoes in various variations; depending on the season and availability. Weekly changing regional appetizers and small desserts round out our offerings. To preserve the spirit of these venerable premises, we also offer a classic selection of "Würstl." Additionally, on selected days, various theme nights are planned, where we serve dishes such as grilled chicken, ribs, various roasts, steaks, smoked fish, and more from our smoker.
