New: Brotkäppchen breakfast café in the old town of Hall in Tyrol
The popular Café Lizette on Langer Graben is now called “Frühstückscafé Brotkäppchen”. Iris Schenker, a 32-year-old from Absam, is now running this popular little café with a few minor changes.
A breath of fresh air within old walls ...
... and plenty of familiar and tried-and-tested things
As for their favourite café, the young entrepreneur can reassure them that there won’t be any major changes. “I want to bring my own touch and ideas to the table – that applies to the décor, but also to the food. However, I’ll be keeping the cosy, family-friendly atmosphere, so that all our long-standing guests – as well as new ones – are sure to feel at home.”
“My aim is for my guests of all ages to feel well looked after when it comes to the atmosphere, the food and the drinks. As well as the typical breakfast menu, there are also special brunch options, waffles and homemade cakes. Local and home-made produce such as bread, jams and spreads are also at the heart of the culinary offering. As I’m also open in the evenings on two occasions, I naturally serve Aperol and the like for cosy after-work chats.”
Iris Schenker is really looking forward to welcoming guests to the Brotkäppchen. She is also happy to host receptions, children’s birthday parties or celebrations for up to 35 people.
