Café Konditorei Pfister

In November 1959, our parents, Willi and Erika Pfister, founded the Café-Patisserie Pfister in the former Hotel Grüner Baum.
Before long, the café developed into a popular meeting place, and the top-notch quality and fine taste of the patisserie quickly won over many customers.
In 1985, we took over the café-patisserie business from our parents. Much is still made today following our father's recipes, while some new items have been added. The interplay between our excellent raw materials and handcrafted skill creates the finest patisserie goods for you. Our reward is the many regular customers, some of whom have remained loyal to us since the beginning.
