Every Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. FARM-GATE SALES in the bakery Hall in Tirol (Kasernenweg 32a).

Pick-up is possible from Tuesday to Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The following types of bread (spelt bread, emmer bread) are available at the bread forge:

• Ur-Spelt Baguette
• Ur-Emmer Ciabatta Rolls
• Ur-Spelt Walnut Bread
• Ur-Spelt Pretzel Stick (Pretzel pastry)
• Ur-Spelt Toast Bread
• Ur-Spelt Root Bread
• Farmer's Loaf (50% Ur-Spelt, 50% Ur-Emmer)
• Sweets such as Ur-Spelt Chocolate Croissant, Ur-Spelt Croissant, Ur-Spelt Cheese Pocket, Braid, Brioche, ...

The ancient grains such as Ur-Spelt and Ur-Emmer are grown, harvested, and processed into delicious baked goods on the in-house farm.

By pre-order until 5:00 p.m. the day before, the ordered baked goods can be picked up contactless in Hall (payment by bank transfer) from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. To process the order, we need your billing address, desired baked goods, and the desired pick-up date and location (Kasernenweg 32a, 6060 Hall in Tirol). The bakery remains closed on Sundays and Mondays.
