Organic enjoyment for a healthier and more sustainable life

The Lumperer organic farm in Fritzens has been growing a variety of vegetables using strict organic methods since 1990. Instead of chemicals, crop rotation, herbal teas, and natural fertilizers are used. A portion of the harvest is sold fresh, while the rest is processed into products such as garlic paste or tomato puree. The goods are available at the farm, at markets, in organic stores, and through "Bio vom Berg." The family business focuses on a circular economy: surplus feeds the pigs, whose manure is used as compost. Several generations work together on the farm, including Tirol's first vegetable cultivation apprentice since 2023. Farm tours are also offered. The goal is to secure healthy food and a pristine environment for future generations.

Johanna & Christoph invite you to enjoy organic ingredients where they grow.
