History of Hasenhof:

Hasenhof is one of the oldest farms in the middle of the village square in Baumkirchen. Its history dates back to the 14th century. For more than a century, Hasenhof has been run by the Told family in a natural cyclical farming method, now in its 4th generation. In 1999, the organic barn for 500 chickens was rebuilt. The sale of the first Tyrolean organic free-range eggs at Mpreis was so successful that the Told family co-founded the Tyrolean organic brand Bio vom Berg just three years later. The unique Hasenhof organic spelt noodles are made from farm-grown grain and our organic free-range eggs.
