Allow yourself to be guided on a small tour through the culinary year and enjoy the visual treat. Unfortunately, this can only be virtual here, but we look forward to making it a reality during your next visit. Even choosing from the schnaps is difficult: the aromas of elderflower, rowan, plum, or apricot tempt you to taste and enjoy, complementing a "Tyrolean menu" or a hearty portion of "Kasspatzeln" with mountain cheese from our surrounding alpine pastures. Local cuisine cooked to perfection - that is the secret of the innkeeper - ensuring that everything tastes authentic and genuine! The beauty and charm of the Tyrolean cultural landscape are significantly shaped by lush green fields, mountain meadows, and pastures. The fragrant herbs and fresh grasses are the ideal feed for the cows, which produce excellent milk. We can enjoy this valuable milk in the form of fresh milk, fruity yogurts, creamy quark varieties, refreshing sour milk, and buttermilk, and of course delicious cheese specialties. Tyrolean cheese makers produce many tasty cheese specialties with great artisanal skill.
