Accommodation establishments may only be used in exceptional circumstances, in particular for professional purposes. People who are already accommodated at the time of entry into force of the Regulation may also continue to be accommodated for the agreed duration. In addition, tourist accommodation establishments may also be entered by people with an urgent need for accommodation and for the purpose of providing care and assistance to persons in need of support. The accommodation of pupils for the purpose of attending school - for example boarding schools or apprentices' hostels - is excluded from this regulation. Health resort guests and accompanying persons may continue to be accommodated, provided that an outpatient clinic is attached. In the freely accessible areas, the minimum distance to persons from outside the household, those who do not belong to the guest group and the staff applies.
