Vom Ortszentrum Tulfes wandert man entlang eines Feldweges oder am südlichen Waldrand über das Oberlavierenbad nach Rinn. Von dort aus geht es nach Judenstein. Der Rückweg schlängelt sich in Richtung Osten zurück nach Unterlavieren. Beim Lavierenbach entlang stapft man gemütlich und relativ flach zum Poltenhof und von dort aus geht es wieder zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Diese Tour ist mit 150 Höhenmetern eher leicht und optimal für Anfänger und Familienausflüge geeignet.
