Der Beginn dieser Tour liegt im Ortsgebiet von Tulfes. Von dort aus wandert man gemütlich über Oberlavierenbad und Rinn hinauf nach Sistrans.

Der Rückweg erfolgt über Asten zum Seehüterhof und die Wiesenhöfe (Gasthof) entlang des schönen Waldwanderweges nach Judenstein. Weiter geht es nach Rinn oder über Unterlavieren und den Poltenhof zurück nach Tulfes.
