Sports enthusiasts are spoilt for choice: the nearby Baumkirchener Forest offers a wide range of hiking opportunities. Further walking trails lead to the neighbouring village of Fritzens and up onto the plateau around Gnadenwald. Nordic walkers and runners have direct access to the extensive network of trails, which also runs through the wild and romantic Baumkirchnertal valley.
