Special asanas promote the strengthening and stretching of our muscles and provide more flexibility and balance. Let's experience the calm and silence within us together and live in the moment!

Young farmer Johanna Strasser from Absam shows us how bread was baked centuries ago: Freshly ground grain is baked into fragrant farmhouse bread together with natural yeast and rich spices. The still-warm farmhouse bread tastes fantastic!
