The wintry Halltal is a world of its own. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed here. In the winter forest, we look for animal tracks while we stomp through the snowy landscape on snowshoes. In case of a lack of snow, a regular winter hike takes place.
On Fridays, we head to Absam Halltal in search of traces: Together with a Tyrolean nature guide and equipped with Swarovski binoculars, we hike through the wintry Halltal. Together, we discover flora, fauna, and with a bit of luck, wildlife in the largest nature park in Austria.
A journey through the mystical time between the years!
A special tradition during the Christmas season in Tyrol and the Alpine region is "smudging" or as they beautifully say in the dialect "rachign gian". These twelve holy nights have a particularly strong attraction for people. Many of us know the sayings at Christmas or New Year's like "Don't wash laundry or hang it out to dry" or "keep the wheels still". But what exactly does it mean? Accordingly, the Hall-Wattens tourism association offers a very special tour on this topic.
An exciting themed tour: In the medieval mining and trading town of Hall, bakers, millers, and butchers played a central role in supplying the population. Even today, street names inside and outside the city walls remind us of blacksmiths and wagon makers, locksmiths, tanners, and coopers. The carnival with the Fasserrössl also brings long-forgotten times back to life. Good luck!
The starry sky is the greatest picture book of humanity. In the fairy tale "Sterntaler" by the Brothers Grimm, the stars fall from the sky as silver coins. Together with star guide.tirol Tobias Muster, families can playfully discover the sparkling starry sky during this Christmas children's star tour in the courtyard of the Münze Hall: What are the most famous constellations and their most beautiful stories? How can one orient themselves in the starry sky? What do animals do at night? The highlight of the tour is a walk through the starry sky with the telescope.
Giving should bring joy. To the recipient just as much as to the giver. But then there's the question: What on earth should I give? The Guldiner is the perfect gift for any occasion. Whether family, friends, or employees: With the genuine gift coin made of alpacca silver, you make wishes come true. The Guldiner is gladly accepted in numerous businesses in the Hall-Wattens region and its unlimited validity is guaranteed.
A wonderful guided snowshoe hike in the Tux Alps: From the Tulfein mountain station, we trek with snowshoes across snowy trails to the longest larch bench at Schartenkogel. The view of the Karwendel, Inn Valley, and Volder Valley is breathtaking! On the way back, we will refresh ourselves at the Tulfein Alm with Tyrolean delicacies.
In a crash course, adults and children can test the iconic traditional sporting equipment on perfectly groomed ski slopes and put their own balance to the test. We are happy to assist and provide valuable tips. Fun for young and old!
