The wintry Halltal is a world of its own. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed here. In the winter forest, we look for animal tracks while we stomp through the snowy landscape on snowshoes. In case of a lack of snow, a regular winter hike takes place.

On Fridays, we head to Absam Halltal in search of traces: Together with a Tyrolean nature guide and equipped with Swarovski binoculars, we hike through the wintry Halltal. Together, we discover flora, fauna, and with a bit of luck, wildlife in the largest nature park in Austria.

Every Wednesday at 5:00 PM, guests of the Hall-Wattens region can participate in a guided hike as part of the summer week program.

The mountain, the forest, and its animals – a fantastic symbiosis during an evening hike up to the Alpensöhnehütte! With binoculars and snacks in our backpacks, we dive into the untouched beauty of nature and learn a lot of interesting things about the interplay of flora and fauna in the Karwendel Nature Park. A perfect evening for nature lovers and connoisseurs!

Every Friday at 2:00 PM, guests from the Hall-Wattens region can participate in a guided hike on the Wattenberg as part of the summer weekly program.

“Lamapapa” Hans introduces us to his “family”: We get up close and personal with the clever hiking companions and explore the Wattenberg forest together. We will learn a lot of new things about the friendly cloven-hoofed animals. Let’s go!

Glungezer summit tour: In the footsteps of the Glungezer giant

Every Friday at 9:00 AM guests of the Hall-Wattens region can participate in a summit tour on the Glungezer as part of the summer weekly program. From the Tulfein mountain station, this hike takes you through old larch forests first to the Zirben lake and then further up to 2,677 m in elevation. Many stories, legends, and anecdotes surround the "White Glungezer Summit," making the ascent to the summit cross entertaining and exciting. Cheers to the mountains!

Enjoy wild herbs with all your senses

On Tuesday at 10:00 AM, there will be a guided hike ENJOYING WILD HERBS WITH ALL SENSES in Tulfes. In search of native flowers and herbs, we will learn a lot of new things about their significance for humans and nature. At a beautifully located snack spot, we will taste fresh farmer's bread with a spread made from the freshly picked herbs. Additionally, there will be many tips and recipes to take home. Simply delicious!
