Summer 2022 Exhibition: MAGNUS PÖHACKER

The exhibition opens with the work of the renowned Hall-based sculptor Magnus Pöhacker, who curated the ‘Figur im Park’ art project on four occasions between 1991 and 1997. In doing so, he made a significant contribution to Hall’s widespread reputation as a city of culture. Works from various creative periods are on display, with some of the more recent pieces crafted from contemporary materials such as artificial stone and acrylic.

The accompanying programme features guided tours, a public interview with Magnus Pöhacker, a panel discussion and a themed reading. This complements the exhibition and also invites visitors to explore the town of Hall.

SUPPORTERS of this pilot project currently include the town of Hall, the Hall-Wattens Tourist Board and the company Ablinger & Garber.

The exhibition is open until 25 September, offering school pupils and students the opportunity to find cultural inspiration and discover cultural heritage in their local area.

This art project is planned for every summer.
