The playground in Volders, situated right next to the Haus der Generationen, which houses a nursery and a crèche, is ideal for a few hours of fun.

Comfortable benches invite you to linger, and a large table with benches facing each other creates the perfect atmosphere for a quick snack – almost like a picnic in the countryside!
Parents will particularly appreciate how easy it is to keep an eye on their children here. In summer, however, there is limited shade around the play equipment, so it’s essential to ensure adequate sun protection. A great playground in summer is the shady Thaur Forest Playground.

Where is the Volders playground?

The playground in Volders is situated right next to the Haus der Generationen – the Volders nursery and crèche – just past the M-Preis supermarket. Take the bus to the “Gemeindeamt Volders” bus stop; from there, it’s a 2–3-minute walk, or if travelling by car, enter “Spielplatz Volders” into your sat-nav.
