Information

Distillation has a centuries-old tradition in Tyrol and is closely linked to agriculture. In addition to fruit brandies, regional specialties such as gentian schnapps were created. The knowledge of production has been passed down through generations. Through refined distillation techniques, training, and quality checks, the traditional craft has developed further.
