Unusual “wedding guests” in Hall in Tirol
What was this Tyrolean marriage scandal that shook the whole of Europe? It happened around 700 years ago, nearly toppled the Emperor from his throne, and brought the people of Hall significant benefits. Why did Emperor Maximilian I always want to set everyone up in marriage? Where does the white wedding dress come from? Why is romantic love a luxury of our time? We’ll explore these and similar questions on an entertaining tour of Hall’s old town.
