Paolo Baccarani studied both modern and contemporary dance in Europe and New York, as well as classical ballet in Milan. He teaches dance and Pilates, combining these with elements of Hatha Yoga. The workshop focuses on body awareness, simple movement sequences, and playful moments. This way, even beginners can participate
