A smiling woman stands in a forest and hugs a tree. In the background, tall trees and a green meadow can be seen.

Deep breaths fill the lungs with fresh air, the soft forest floor gives way under one’s steps, it smells of earth and herbs, beneath an old tree, there is a comfortable spot to linger. A stay in the forest simply feels good and is relaxing. The forests in the Hall-Wattens region are both a sanctuary of peace and a source of strength. The practice of forest bathing allows this connection to be particularly well perceived.

Thus, the forest air can positively affect the immune system through scent molecules. The forest also has a beneficial effect on the human psyche by releasing fewer stress hormones. This, in turn, has advantageous effects on the immune system and digestion.

The ingredients for forest bathing are an unspoiled quiet forest, plenty of time, and our Claudia. She accompanies you mindfully and with all senses through this special nature experience.
