Hiking is healthy, but even healthier: Nordic Walking – 90% of the muscles are exercised while “walking with sticks”. The great diversity of the landscape within the Hall-Wattens region is ideal for this sport. Beginners and advanced Nordic walkers will find a wide variety of tour possibilities.Nordic walking poles can be loaned for free at the Tourist Office upon presentation of the Guest Card.
