When reaching the first junction, take the trail along the edge of the forest toward Mils and Hall. You cross the Weissenbach Brook in order to run slightly uphill on the Absam fields toward Halltal Valley. At the end of the circuit, the route crosses back over the Weissenbach Brook and leads back to the starting point.

An ideal short route for the slightly advanced runners and Nordic walkers.Course route: Starting at the Mils Sports Ground, the route initially heads toward Mooskreuz. When reaching the first junction, you head uphill on the initially slight gradient of the attractive Haslach Circuit. This leads along a pleasant forest trail, which allows occasional views of the Mils fields and the Glungezer. After a sweeping turn, the route leads toward the edge of the forest and then along meadows and fields right back to the starting point.
Baumkirchen Forest Circuit: 9.2 km (No. 3)

Route profile: The initially nice and even hiking trail heading toward Baumkirchen connects the two starting points of Mils and Bogner Aste via a strong uphill gradient in the Baumkirchental Valley.
Course route: The route heads along the edge of the forest to Baumkirchen, where lots of amazing views of the Glungezer and the Inntal Valley can be enjoyed. When the town of Baumkirchen is reached, the route then heads north through the Baumkirchental Valley to the starting point Bogner Aste. From there, the route leads to Mooskreuz and finally back again to the Mils Sports Ground. The Baumkirchen Forest Circuit is also a connection route between the starting points of Mils Sports Ground and Bogner Aste.
