2 p.m. BAKING COURSE – Bread baking on a farm – Nothing beats homemade bread!

Young farmer Johanna Strasser from Absam will show you how bread was baked centuries ago. Grain from a local mill is blended with natural yeast and aromatic spices to produce mouthwatering farmer’s bread. Hours before the dough is ready for baking, the oven is heated up and the ash removed by hand. We’ll use the fresh dough to make small loaves which we will decorate and bake together. Fresh from the oven, the bread tastes divine. Combined with real butter and something to drink, life couldn’t be better. They do say that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach!

Duration: about 1.5 hours

Price for guests: Free

Regular price: EUR 6 per person

Minimum number: 2 guests with visitor‘s card

Maximum number: 8 persons
