Course route: The route starts off at the Tourist Office in Tulfes and heads to the running and Nordic walking centre of excellence in Innsbruck-Igls. The route initially goes along the Speckbacher Trail toward Rinn. When you reach Lavierenbad the route then turns off and heads down to Judenstein. The route features moderate gradients that make it ideal for you to familiarise yourself with the region.

Route profile: A sun-basked route along the Speckbacher Trail featuring beautiful views of the Nordkette (Northern Chain). Although the route is short, it is not necessarily suitable for beginners due to its gradients.

Course route: The route that partly runs along the sunny Speckbacher Trail and features amazing views initially heads uphill toward Rinn. Shortly before Rinn, the route turns off and heads downhill before heading back along a downhill gradient and then an uphill gradient past the forest nature trail. The route passes above the lift car park and back to the starting point at the Tourist Office.

Route profile: Heads along the sun-basked Speckbacher Trail toward Rinn and back through the secluded Poltental Valley. The uphill gradients at the end of the route make it more suitable for practiced runners and walkers.

Course route: The circuit named after the Lavierenbad, where people once sought cures by bathing in wooden tubs, initially leads along the Speckbacher Trail toward Rinn. Shortly before reaching Rinn, the route heads toward the secluded Poltental Valley. By heading through the valley toward the east, you will reach the Volderwald forest. Then a steep section of trail heads back to the Tulfes sun plateau and finally back to the starting point. The uphill gradients at the end of the route make it more suitable for practiced runners and Nordic walkers.
