Course route: Starting off at the car park of the swimming baths, the route heads west across the fields to Volders. On the outskirts of Volders, the circuit heads on the Inn side back to Wattens and finally back to the starting point.

Course route: After setting off from the car park at the swimming baths, you initially pass through Wattens to continue along an attractive gravel path above the Brandhof Farm to the lovingly maintained Lourdes Chapel. Shortly before reaching Kolsass, the route crosses the main road and heads across fields to Wattens. There you take the cycle route to finally return to the starting point in Wattens. Fantastic views and the interesting route make this running and Nordic walking trail an amazing experience.

Route profile: A historic circuit that heads past the Rätersiedlung Himmelreich, the castles of Aschach and Friedberg and the Karlskirche Church. The wonderful impressions are a great reward for the exertion required for the course, which is also a challenge for practiced runners and Nordic walkers.

Course route: After setting off from the car park at the swimming baths, you initially pass through Wattens and head uphill for a short stretch to Rätersiedlung Himmelreich. There the route passes a new and inviting fitness course. The route passes the castles of Aschach and Friedberg toward the Karlskirche Church. There the circuit turns around to head back to Wattens. You follow the route through Volders and finally take the field trail back to the starting point.
